What is Involved? What do I have to do?

 Sessions will be approximately 30 minutes.  Session includes 7 minute  laser treatment . You will relax in a comfortable position while a trained Laser-Like Lipo technician places paddles to the target areas. Then lay back, relax, read, or whatever you like. Then, prepare to start burning some  fat.  You will have a ten minute session on the Whole Body Vibrating Platform.   Do  not eat an hour before you session or two hours after. 


 Sessions are  not scheduled on back to back days. The fat cells stay open for 24-48 hours so there is no benefit to doing sessions on back to back days.   3 days a week is the most effective schedule but 2 times a week is also an option.

The immediate effect of WBV s therefore that the muscles can be used quickly and efficiently, rendering then capable of producing more force. However, this process will only be effective if the stimulus is not too intense and does not last too long, because otherwise performance will diminish due to fatigue.​​



 Weight alone is not a clear indicator of good health because it does not distinguish between pounds that come from body fat and those that come from lean body mass or muscle.  Tanita scales measure weight,  body fat percentage, body mass index (BMI), fat free mass,  total body water, and basal metabolic rate (BMR).
